The 12 Runs of Christmas is back for an amazing cause once again, you’re SANITY!

Join us this December for a creative challenge: 12 days of unique runs designed by Becoming Ultra founder, head coach and exercise physiologist Scott Jones

Through daily movement we will work to improve our mind and body during the hectic and often stressful holiday season.

Fee includes a daily email with your run prescription for the day and follow along on the Becoming ultra podcast where coach Scott will provide commentary and tips for maintaining and gaining momentum over the challenge and beyond!

NOTE: We have the challenge set up for the 12 days leading up to Christmas but you can complete these 12 any time throughout the month of December!

NOTE #2: If you participated last year there will be new runs and a completely new ornament medal!

The details.

  1. First, register. You can HERE.

  2. When you are registering you can opt in to purchasing the awesome ornament medal one of our crew makes from scratch!

  3. Doing the 12 runs with friends is way better so you’ll want to get a real life or virtual crew of runners together!

  4. Wait til the 12th for your first email and run instructions.

  5. We send the email out the night before so you can plan for the effort.

  6. Complete the run of the day!

  7. You will also have the option of listening to the run instructions on the podcast every day so be sure to listen!

  8. Plan to run when your least favorite things of the holiday season are happening. Think in laws, singing, or just so you don’t eat the last half of the pie!

  9. Have FUN!
